From the moment I arrived, the warm welcome from the friendly staff set the tone for a relaxing stay.The rooms are spacious, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully equipped with modern amenities like air conditioning, flat-screen TVs, refrigerators, and coffee machines. My king room, with its plush bedding and mountain views, provided a serene escape after a day of exploring. The free Wi-Fi was reliable, perfect for staying connected, and the continental breakfast, served from 6:30 to 9:30 AM, offered a satisfying variety of pastries, cereals, and fresh coffee. This was our first time to stay here. I chose here because the reviews said it was a great location and QUIET. Well they were so right. It has been so quiet and restful. ALL of the staff have been very nice. Everyone speaks to you, Offering to help you. However, one night the fire alarm went off.... The room below us was Smoking in their room. It's a no smoking facility. It was a little crazy for awhile but the fire department showed up and confirmed everything was clear.Crazy fun memories. We will be back.
Overall, the facility is beautiful and we'll appointed. They have an expanded continental breakfast, but it is sadly lacking any protein options at all. The attendant was wonderful, however, and as friendly as anyone could be. My biggest issue was with the smell in my room. It smelled dank, like it had been wet and not dried properly. It even came home in my robe. I should have asked for another room but did not, so that one is on me. This is a great place for sitting outdoors and watching sunsets and sunrises.
I have stayed at this location several times, and I can confidently say that I have never had a bad experience. The staff has always been polite and extremely helpful, making each visit enjoyable. The rooms are consistently clean, and the lobby is well-maintained as well. The pricing for the rooms in Murphy has always been competitive, making this hotel a great value. If you are planning a stay in Murphy, I strongly recommend this place. You won't be disappointed!
